Hi There! The old 9th Va. Rev war unit out of the Ohio/Michigan area used to do the 1790s 1st American Regiment in the 1990s. Most of the active living history folks interested in the last quarter of the eighteenth century have moved up to the first quarter of the nineteenth century and are doing War of 1812. There are several very good units for both British/Canadians and US/Volunteers if you are interested, you can PM me.
John Jenkins has just released his first wave of US regulars for the later war Niagara Campaign. John and I discussed these early Federal periods in London and he appears to be developing additional releases to support his line.
There will also be some interesting subjects from these periods from W.Britain later this year, including figures based on surviving examples of uniforms in various collections I have examined. This year will probably see several new time periods and subjects visited by several of the major manufacturers.
