Fedex...well this should explain a lot... (1 Viewer)

If his bosses see that, he may not be working period.

This has been making the Internet rounds even before CNBC aired it.

" 'Fra-gee-lay.' Well, it must be Italian!"
"That's 'fragile', dear."
"Oh, yeah."

Actually, FedEx and UPS are usually pretty good, and I wonder about the background of this particular clip.

The USPS is pretty good, too, though often, I get letters that are mangled along one edge or another, makes me think they get jammed in the sorting machines.

Prost!

I really can't complain about Fed Ex or UPS, they both handle quite a few of my orders coming and going with no real problems, anytime there is one both are on top of it and take care of it right away.

Seasonal help is usually the issue with all carriers.

Last year around this time I shipped two limited edition K & C items out to a customer in California priority mail with insurance; he never got the box

I put a claim in and about a month later an envelope showed up here with my packing slip from the box and the customers address label in the envelope along with a letter informing me the package arrived at one of their sorting facilities "empty."

Seriously; "empty?"

They paid the claim and I was able to get the customer the items.

Didn't realize they had K & C collectors working for them.

something like this happened to someone with a box full courtenays shipping through USPS. box was "lost", turned up empty.

i have to say that nothing like this has happened to me but you never know.

last week, i wrote FRAGILE with a marker all over a box right in front of the usps worker who received it. i watched him literally toss it into a bin. i got p.o'd, asked to speak with a supervisor immediately. he actually came out and inspected the contents with me to make sure everything was ok. i know the clerk got chewed out pretty good.

The exact very same thing happened to Nicholas last week at USPS..."fragile" written all over the box and they threw it in the bin...he said they had a huge arguement...

yeah, i don't argue. if the supervisor doesnt respond i'm on the phone to the main number in a heartbeat and i escalate it.

I don't know if anyone remembers this thread that Brent did a while back...unbelieveably...but thankfully the figures were okay...
