Figarti and K&C JS-2 (1 Viewer)

^&confuse Just wondering if anyone has both one of the Figarti JS-2's and the new K&C JS-2 to compare dimensions. Side by side pictures would be greatly appreciated! :wink2: Thanks!

Great photos. Very close in scale IMO. Figarti was usually pretty close to 1/30; so the K&C should be too. The funny thing is the K&C JS-2 will look best with First Legion figures; because K&C figures are 1/28.

Not wishing to get involved in any scale discussions but you do know that the JS2 is actually smaller than a Tiger or Panther.

The Figarti JS2 is a little over scale but within acceptance for use with 1/30 FL AFV and figures.

The K&C is a little big for 1/30 but goes well with TCS Tiger and therefore K&C figures the Figarti does fit in with K7C Tiger.

A view from the top would be best to determine size differences. The angle views are difficult to evaluate. I agree the JS-2 should be smaller than the Panther. I am amazed the K&C JS-2 is oversize; they have stuck pretty close to 1/30 since the Desert Tiger I; except for the BBG 016 King Tiger which is as large as the TCS King Tigers!

The actual JS-2 size is OAL 3.3meters Hull Length 6.2meters width 3.1meters Height 2.73meters.
The 1/30 scale size is OAL 330mm Hull Length 206mm Width 103mm Height 91mm.
Divide the measurements of the models in mm into the actual size in mm and the result will be the scale of the model. I will be interested to see how much oversize the Figarti JS-2 is. I know that the Figarti M26 was oversize; but the Panther and Tiger are pretty close to 1/30.

You are quite lucky if you have the Figarti JS2 Summer version but i'm sure you will enjoy the K&C version it's a great model.

I got it to go as opposition to some TCS King Tigers

Length with the gun 9.83 meters. Hull Length 6.77meters. Width 3.07meters. Height 2.63meters.

I measured my Figarti JS-2.

The Figarti JS-2 sizes are: Length with the gun 338mm. Hull Length 227mm. Width 103mm. Height to the turret top 87mm.
