Hi Fran,

Looking for some of these Figarti sets can be a little frustrating. Often times, it's not so much cost that's an issue. Rather, they simply can't be found for sale at all. I have a hunch as to why. While this is speculation on my part, I suspect that many (or darn near all) of its best British Army sets ended up in the UK. Because of that, I'd try looking for your jeep on Ebay UK. I eventually found B3002A on Ebay USA at a very reasonable price, but I probably looked for six months before that first sighting.

Well, I was right about one thing. The sets ended up in the UK!:wink2:

That's not necessarily so (about the sets ending up in the UK). The allotment tends to be more shaded to the US than not. For example, nowadays they usually make 100 of something: 60 US and 40 for ROW.

Actually had that set but found it very small. Nicely done though.

As Figarti eventually went from 1/32 to 1/30, it seems (at least to me) that 1/32 sets seem harder to find.
