I know there was a thread on Figarti,s "Long Tom" problems but I wanted to start a new one relative to it.
I contacted Rick, who in turn advised his man Peter of my problem with the paint comeing off.
Peter then advised me he would replace the origional gun. Well today it arrived.
Just want to thank Figarti on it,s excellent customer relations and put it hear on this board so everyone knows.
Also want everyone to know this is not the first time Rick took the extra time to make me, a customer satisfied.

Interesting, I guess their customer service must cherry pick who's issues are dealt with. Because I haven't heard squat from anyone.
