I've been trying to get info for some time without success. However, I do remember that in past years, people who have made their desires know on this forum have been included. So let's keep our fingers crossed.

When I picked up my Karl, From Sierra Toy Soldier, I Inquired about If Figarti, would be there. And They said That there will not be any Luncheon. but Figarti will be there.
Things might change, But expect no luncheon.
