Very Nice 88mm Flak Gun.....looks super detailed....Question: Does anyone know why this gun has no shield for the crew??...I have the Figarti Winter 88mm with Prime mover and the 88mm has a shield on that version....???

Flak 36 generally had a heavier trailer with a shield. It could be dropped from the trailer and set up in less than a minute. It was used more against armour but could also fire on aircraft. 88's for mainly anti-aircraft use probably did not have a shield.

The Flak 37 had improved gun laying equipment instruments so it could be fired in batteries in an anti-aircraft role for which it was more commonly used. It generally did not have a shield.
