I have to give a thumbs up on Figarti packing as of late.
Much, much improved.
Just received my latest 2 Wake Island Jap sets, and with the poses in those sets I was a little concerned but everything arrived secure as with the last couple of sets from them.
I have to give Rick an A plus for his customer relations as in the past I did have packing problems but he resolved it immediatly.

Ditto. Got my Storch plane and the packaging is superb! No missing or broken parts, the model being too sensitive as it is.

That is very encouraging. I am waiting nervously for the Firefly, 88 and prime mover. The 88 and prime mover have some fragile looking parts.
