The one in your picture "Red 8" was captured by British Forces at Megdeburg.

It still survives today and is on display at the South African National Museum of Military History ...

Last copy of years I've been to the Berlin airshow to see the Me 262 fly and would love to see the one in south Africa but the flight are not cheap:rolleyes2:
