Attended London Toy Soldier show today. According to a rep on the Britains stand, the next issue of the Standard and the Spring catalogue will be posted a week on Monday, on 11 April.

No at this rate we are going to have to recieve two at once just to fit four additions in for the year.

On 5 April, Ken wrote (under "Britain's Collectors Club") - "We just sent the new catalog and Standard off to the new printer here in Ohio so we hope to have it back by next week so we can start packing and shipping the membership packages." So, if the catalogues and magazines were only due back from the printers this week, I guess it'll be a little while longer before they are sent out to club members, especially those in the UK.

I'm afraid I may have raised expectations with my first entry to this thread, for which I apologise. However I was only passing on what I had been told by a Britains rep at the London Toy Soldier Show. However, as nobody has received anything, perhaps she was perhaps being somewhat over-optimistic, or perhaps there has been some last minute hitch. We'll just have to keep on watching our mail/letter boxes!

I don't even know if my renewal is processed yet.As there were no club figures I wanted anyway I'm not going to pursue it.

supposedly in the UK the standards are dispatched this week with club figures possibly a further 6/8 weeks down the line

Nothing has arrived not surprised. Becoming a bit disillusioned about the whole thing. To be honest if there are no new editions to the Nile range I will be spending nothing on Britians this year.

I want those Bushy Run sets.I just hope they get everything organized and everything runs smoothly from here on out.Lets give them some slack.
