Finding a band (1 Viewer)

Last summer my kids and i saw a police band in Colonial uniforms and i promised them i would buy tham a band set. To be honest have not seen much on the net and what i have seen has been rather costly. Royal Marine bands look quite simular to the Police band. Does anyone know where i can pick up a cheap set.

You are probably referring to Briains Bahamas Police Band. Vintage Britains could be quite costly. Britains did make another Police Band in the mid-1980's that you could probably get on EBay at a reasonable price. The one in the box does not come with the cavalry figure in the fore ground. Here is a link to bands on ebay. Some can be quite expensive, as Dick says. However, there are a few a Bahamas bands starting around $150 that might be worth watching.
