Thank you Gebhard for the information. I would like to stay this side of the pond as I cannot afford the higher price plus shipping. So if anyone knows of one or has one in the United States or Canada please let me know.

Looks like 1, 3 and 4 are indeed gone.

If possible, it would be nice if Matt could keep the photos of retired pieces (without the link for ordering), for reference, similar to what Bill Sager does for K & C.
