Just got home from London(sorry guys no camera-stood on it and broke it:rolleyes:)where i saw FL's Stalingrad range for the First time. What can i say but superb figures, the painting, weathering, poses etc are fautless. They are as we all know smaller than other producers but would make a great display on their own.I also like the way the bases blend in with rubble etc, nice touch.

All in all the definitley lived up to everything thats been said,i don't think i can afford them along with everything else right now, but anyone thinking of buying them will not be sorry they did.

Thanks Rob, I'm glad you like the figures. I'm really looking forward to seeing the images of TM's displays - they should have had a big Old Guard Chasseurs vs. British Guards in the final attack on Waterloo display along with a Stalingrad display and perhaps one other one for Borodino. I'm dying to see images as I just love David's terrain.

Hope you had a good time at the show. I really need to get to some of these shows.

Thanks Matt,to be honest i was transfixed by the Stalingrad scene and didn't notice if there was a Napoleonic one!.The buildings and scenery fitted in so well with the figures.I don't think i've seen such a good Stalingrad scene before,we were adming the wear and tear you have created on the uniforms, superb job.

This is what happens when Rob and I get together in front of a WWII display. Everything else blurs out.
Great Stalingrad display and great figures too.
The quality of painting on these figures really is a step up from anything else out there. Great detail and weathering. There is something very realsitic about them.

I did detect a slight size difference between the 4 man assault pioneers and the rest of the range - i think First Legion mentioned this already though.
