Hello WW2 Collectors
It might have been posted here a long time ago regarding removing the decal (chevrons) from this figures due to it was wrongly placed or positioned.If these were removed by a blending solution, cleaned and replaced by a new decal. Would like to ask if any of you have attempted in doing this. If so, please if you can kindly upload a picture or a step by step guide on how to remove it.
My questions are:
Are they really decals or these are sculpted into the figure?
If these can be replaced by other aftermarket companies that produces decal.
what is the best or applicable decal and scale that can be use for these sets?
Also, articles from this forum also mentioned that US Flags were not use during the Normandy campaign butsome mentioned as well that the 101st have the US Flag on their uniform.If the flags can be remove by the same blending solution that will be nice, cleaned and repainted or do a retouch paint on the site where the flag was previously placed.
