No, we don't. And as we are the only source of USA mail order for our figures, no one else does either. However, as the figures are all warehoused in the USA, shipping costs are not high.

I will be a new customer to your upcoming WW2 line. I do have a question on how your figures are packaged. Are they packaged along the lines of K&C or W.Britain figures? Foam/Box? Thanks.

I'm not sure how W Britains figures are packaged, so I can't respond as to them. They are packaged in dense foam with a solid outer box - not a thin outer box like single figure K&C figures are (at least the ones that I've seen - I really can't speak to them very well either).

Please see image of one our single figure Napoleonic boxes for an example...the WWII boxes are similar, but with different artwork of course...

The packing is very well done. Each figure comes in a custom cut form holder, inside a strong box. My orders are often shipped the same day, if I place the order early in the morning.

I would echo King's Man's thoughts. Usually have an e-mail stating the order has shipped on that same day, if not the following. Also usually have the order in hand within a couple of days.

First legions Packing is excellent solid Box dense foam inserts cut to each figure shape Box very similar to K&C First legion contents however far superior.

Frankly speaking, the packaging for FL early releases wasn't up to standard. My parcel suffered damages but Matt responded appropriately.

Also, when I moved to another apartment early this year, I had trouble fitting the figures back into the foam inside the boxes.

However, for the most recent releases (the French line infantry colonel and Napoleon Staff set) the packaging is well done, up to par with K&C.

I am very happy to see improvements from listening to customers' constructive criticisms (unlike another Hong Kong based big manufacturer who despised any form of negative comments)
