I have always thought that they work well together.

Figarti armor is usually an accurate1/30 scale and is an excellent match with First Legion figures from both a quality and size compatability perspective. The Figarti Panther G, Panzer IV and Pershing are overscale at 1/29; but the Tigers and Russian Armor are 1/30 as measured.

Not going to rehash the entire back and forth, but the Figarti Panther G is spot on 1/30.

I'd hate for collectors to miss out on this great model because of your statement.

Collectors will consider the source :wink2:

I do, It's because FM makes beautiful 1/30 scale ATV's and FL makes beautiful 1/30 figures. It's a perfect match :wink2:.

Wonderful photo's, and perfect placement of the figures. BRAVO :salute:::salute::

My example of the Figarti Panther G is 1/28.7 (9.5")hull length, 1/29.4 (4.375") width and 1/30.2 (3.9") high. The actual Panther G is: Length Hull 273", Width Hull 129", Height Over Cupola 118".
Anyone can run these numbers and varify the actual scale of the Figarti Panther G.

I have never stated that the size of the Figarti Panther G is too large for FL Figures. I display mine with the excellent W. Britains Fallschirmjager; which are a measured 60mm tall from the top of base to to the top of head. The same height of most FL WWII figures.

Polystone models can change in size from the first piece molded to the last. Given a 100 piece run variations can range from 1/31 to 1/29 depending on the amount of filler material used. The type of filler material and the shrink rate when cured of the polyresin. The mold itself can contribute to variability in the finished products. Mold design can also affect model size. The Honor Bound Panther A has a greater ground clearence than the Figarti Panther G resulting in a higher deck in relation to figures standing ajacent to the model. The shorter Figarti deck height makes 60mm figures look too tall in relation to the deck which is actually 76 inches tall, thus a 6'4' man would just reach the top of the deck in reality.

I hope this exposition clarifies the descrepancies aluded to by prior commenters. Happy New Year

This "Common Knowledge" for quite some time now:wink2:..... Figarti AFV's and First Legion WWII Tank Riders are a 1:30th match made in heaven.....They complement each other perfectly....... SIMPLY EXCELLENT:salute:::salute:::salute::

The current Figarti does not have the capital to produce a Kingtiger. I would like to see a Figarti Kingtiger too; but it will not be soon. Until than I display my 60mm W. Britains WWII figures with the larger scale FOV and 21st Century Panzers i.e. FOV 1/31Jagdpanther and 21St Century 1/30 Cold Steel Kingtiger. A recent post of FL figures with the FOV KV-1 was very realistic IMO.

I picked up the Figarti Winter Panther (My first Figarti) over Christmas and it does go really well with the FL Figures I have. (Only bad thing was it has a broken Tow cable. Still trying to resolve that). Hopefully Figarti will be able to continue to produce. Because they do produce some nice examples.
