I’m a big collector of Battle of Berlin .. If a model of the zoo tower were to be made in 1/30-1/32 scale, how many inches tall would it have to be?

The Zoo Flak Tower is rather unhelpfully described as being 'as tall as a 13-story building' in all the quick references I could find. And a story is conventionally measured as 10 feet. So: 130 X 12" = 1560". Divide by either 30 or 32. By 30 is the easiest, and gives a height of 52 inches.
The tower complex is about 230' per side, or 92 inches a side in 1/30.
Good luck!

The Tiergarten (Zoo) G-Tower (Flak towers were always in pairs, a Gefechtsturm and a L- or Leitstand tower.
The G- tower had 70,5 x 70,5 m base and a height of ca. 39 m. The L-tower has a base of 35 x 50 m and a height of 39 m
The Zoo tower was very equivalent to the Friedrichshain and Humboldhain Flak towers.
Parts of the Humboldhain tower still exist.
A good document about the Flak towers you can find here (only German):
