Andy please make it..... We already have the new Normandy Panzer IV so it could be possible couldn't it Andy? I'm sure it would be welcomed by many collectors who like anti aircraft guns...

I would also love to see this one made by K&C as I have one from FOV and it's a beaut. I am pretty sure however that Andy has said that he doesn't want to make it due to the issues involved in making the quad 20mm cannon and I think (I may be wrong) he is worried about the shipping of the vehicle due to the fragility of these cannons. I know TG had a lot of issues with the shipping of their quad 20mm cannons and several of mine came broken which I then had to fix.

Nah, kc won't do it, its up to figarti and hopefully with the paint job like the one on there panther or jagdpanzer

I love the WW and just fiished a conversion in 1/6. Have done quite a bit of research and although it would be great in 1/30-32 the WW AFAIK only made it to Normandy front in August and only 4 units as support of the well known sPzAbt101. Just some data for those interested on WW on the Western front. Many in September after collapse of Normandy front:

Thanks a lot for posting that information, I find that sort of stuff really interesting.

In addition to the Wirblewind, there was also the Ostwind (I think), which mounted one 37mm anti-air gun. I think only 40 or so of those were made?

Is it possible to sell the hull separately and have your choice of wirbelwind or ostwind turret. In a separate box, the turret will probably survive better during shipping as well. But, I not sure how different are the hulls of the different versions.

Does unit = vehicle? I assume so, but wanted to confirm. THanks for the great info!

I'd like to see K&C produce another German anti aircraft AFV soon. Those AFV's were so unique looking. Maybe someday?
