Hi all
A flying visit only for me, to the very well attended London Toy Soldier Show last Saturday. I entered at 9.00am on the “Early Bird” and was away by 11.45am.
I looked around for my usual "Partner in crime" Chalklands for a good chinwag but unfortunately he couldn't attend due to illness. - He's fine now though! Bumped into "Celtic Dave" - nice chap.
James and Adam had their usual very well dressed and stocked stall – and they were certainly doing a lot of business! No JJD Previews in evidence this time ( crushed!! )
The Pigeon Loft and Howitzer are superb pieces. I hadn’t realised until James pointed it out that there are pigeons visible through the grill inside the Loft! (You can just make them out in one of the pics.) The wounded Poilus are exceptional as well – but I unfortunately forgot to get a pic of them.
Well, here’s a few photos of just some the JJD products on display: ( some more to follow........)
Cheers
Roy
