Scott....Noticed somewhere you like to use simple backgrounds...here are some simple suggestions useing Plasticine ....it can be painted...re-used......AND.....if you make a cast from it....it requires no release agent....simply pour resin direct onto it and peel off when set.....may leave some stain on cast due to heat from risen but that can wash off...Whacko...there goes all my knowledge on casting....dont wet plasticine when rolling out...a bit of cornflour will help if it sticks to rolling pin....brush off after rolled.. always backup large sections with a backing of cardboard or whatever...with a lot of time ..and..patience....you can build all types of things... hope this novel is of some help...TomB
 
I was thinking of something like this to make permanent walls and such. I'm trying to have a "library" of interiors and exteriors that I can store.
