Are the FOV 1/18th vehicles I see on Ebay of the same quality as the 1/32nd stuff? I don't have a Toys R Us or Target here so I haven't seen any upclose.
I'm not sure they do a 1:18th scale line. I know there is that weird link on their website about a 1:16th scale King Tiger but then you click on it and it's all 1:32nd stuff. Perhaps you saw some 21st Century stuff??
I know I haven't seen anything 1:18th scale- would be interested to see it if it does exist.
I know they did that "Wittman Tiger" that was pretty big but that goes for $350-$500. I haven't seen one of those in person but there is no way I'd pay that much for any vehicle.
Oh okay- I got you- funny thing because I have the 1:18th Scale Bradley- no, it isn't even close- really generic plastic- I liked it enough to buy it- I paid $19.99 plus tax for my Bradley. I think they were kind of geared towards the action figure market rather than military enthusiasts. The Bradley I have has very little markings- I thought the Bradley was good but the Abrams left a little to be desired- all in the colletors eye though.
I have been seeing a lot of figures showing up on Ebay as 1/18th but FOV. I don't collect 1/18th but was just wondering how heavy into that market they are.
FOV has come out with a 1-18th sherman & tiger.
Apparantly they are tough to come by.
I believe Target is the exclusive seller of FOV 1-18th WW 2.
I have found the WW2 figures here at Target, but not the vehicles.
On the 1-18th board, from the reviews I read, the FOV vehicles are not quite as good as 21st.
The 1-18th Germans & GI,s are just as good as 21st.
