Just thought I'd re-post a picture of the prototype of the Frank Tinker Polikarpov I-16 I took a year ago at the March 2012 London Toy Soldier Show.
Looking at the two pictures featured in the release publicity I realised there isn't a frontal view. So for anyone interested that may not have seen it before,
Here it is................. ( The only planes I collect are the WW1 Knights of the Skies........but I fell in love with this one and had to order it as a "one off"! )

I remember seeing this lovely little model at the Toy Soldier Show in London a year ago. Has a release date been announced? More 1930s aircraft please!!

Hi Greycap, it's released this month so I guess it will be generally available around the end of the month/early April. ( It comes with a Frank Tinker Pilot figure! )

Hi,
I would recommend ordering one of these ASAP if you want one, as there are only 100 being made worldwide. I could be wrong, but I believe it comes with the pilot figure
