60mm French line infantry fusiliers are conspiculously missing from Napoleonic maker's offerings!
Anyone who wants to make a Napoleonic era diorama or display needs the nucleus of the French army, Fusiliers.

We have the Old Guard, Grenadiers, Voltiguers and light infantry but no Fusiliers.
I think these would sell in big numbers (I would purchase 100 or so) for diorama makers.
In great coats and pre-Bardin uniforms would fit into many battle scenes.
Attack march, Firing/loading, advancing and wounded would be great.

Any chance in the near future?

Couldn't agree more!!

Was thinking about that the other day. I have the Grenadiers, and the Imperial Guard, and the Voltiguers.. but no 'guts' to my formations... I would be forced to use the Grenadiers as the main body of the French formation if I was to display. However given I have 200+ of these sideline Frenchies, to get sufficient numbers of Fusiliers to balance out theses others may see me in Financial purgatory in these current financial times! Would be fun getting there though... :)

Good thread!!

You are right that proportionately we will have to shell out big time to add the Fusiliers. It seems strange that K&C, Britains and others neglected the nucleus of the French army. First Legion has Fusiliers but I dont think any other maker in mat finish offers them.
In glossy Trophy had a few sets but Little Legion does not.
Maybe the makers think they are not colorful enough to attract collectors.
I asked Andy of K&C but he did not give me a direct answer. He only said that there will be a lot more Napoleonics coming.
