French Heavies Have Arrived...5th Cuirassiers & the Last Ride of the Hussar General!

Even though one of the first sculpted FL Nap cavalry releases, and arguably cruder then their later stuff, I have always really liked the FL French Cuirassiers. They're what my mind thinks of when I think of envision Napoleonic Cavalry. Being late to the NAP collecting party, I missed out on these.

Luckily, I finally tracked down a group lot of them and figured I'd throw them up on the desk for a quick grouping. One display I want to do is LaSalle's final charge, so I just need to pic up some Austrians to be fleeing with the one Austrian figure shooting LaSalle.

Wow, what a fantastic bunch of cavalry ! I especially like the picture that makes it look like they're coming right at us.

Thanks. I'm still in the amassing stage, but my goal is to make the second half of 2022 when I switch to the diorama stage, and start putting together the bases and backdrops to display all my stuff. Hopefully I'll have a lot more interesting pictures to share then.
