The Alamo book contains some illustrations developed from my model and other research, as well as a complete theory of the last moments of the battle meant to explain the Crockett "surrender" story. It is developed from the series of interview articles on Esparza from a hundred years ago.
The Jesse James book will have a great many period photographs from the Wild West.
I have lived throughout the West most of my life, including in Reno and Virginia City, Nevada, Santa Fe, and Tucson. I have read and done research extensively in Western history.
