You might try emailing the company in Hong Kong. The owner is great at responding to inquiries

I would go with acrylics, which are relatively easy to use, and seal with a gloss coat, whether an enamel varnish, or an acrylic, either by the hobby manufacturers or Future floor polish (now called Kleer with Future Shine, by Johnson).

How experienced are you in painting? My thought is to look for a close match off the shelf, and failing that, to mix the color. But there are lines like Vallejo and Andrea--pricey, perhaps, but of high quality. You can use the inexpensive acrylics found in the craft store chains, like Michael's or AC Moore. Either way, it's relatively simple to mix a color to match.

Hope that helps, prosit!

thanks for the responses.

I emailed Gerard Elliott at Frontline for paint info. He responded promptly with paint colours to mix and a few other tips .

Great customer service which seems to be a hallmark of the TS industry.
