Gentle Friends,

I seem to recall that, at one time, the Frontline Company produced a line of Crimean War figures. Does anyone know if I am correct? If so, is the line still available or has it been discontinued?

Thanks for your assistance!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat

Pat, Yes Frontline still has a very nice looking range on their website.Lots of British and Russians at least.

Hi Pat,
Several years earlier , I got four sets of individual horsers in the Crimean range of Frontlines.
These were french " chasseurs d'Afrique" as we say. I had an officer , a flag bearer and two charging with sword. I made some research and discovered there existed six figures for the whole.
I was reading these horsers were charging at Balaklava to rescue the remnants of the Light Brigade.
To-day , I have them no more for when I interest myself with Jenkins I sold all the others.
Best regards Thierry

Pat,

Are you looking for glossy or matte? If the former, please let me know and I can get you a source. In fact, I happen to have one of the glossy Crimean figures, if you're interested.

Hi Brad,

Thanks for the offer. However, I am no longer looking for the Frontline figures. My interests have evolved since originally posting my request. However, if you happen to have a line on a good Durbar elephant.........

Warmest personal regards,

Pat ;)

Hi Brad,

Check the PM I sent in reference to the Frontline Crimean figures.
