Went to my local Sam's Club and grabbed my Blu-Ray of FURY last evening. Had a great evening watching the deleted/extended scenes. Some of them provide a lot more depth on the characters. Neat little featuretttes too. Apparently Michael Pena became quite proficient in driving the Sherman tank!

"Fury" is a highly recommended DVD purchase.

Gary,
I'm hearing about a special edition of this movie; is this the one you got? If so, is the movie longer or is there a separate disk with additional/deleted scenes? Seems to be some confusion about this floating around, any help would be appreciated..........

Gary,
I'm hearing about a special edition of this movie..........

You must be thinking of the Best Buy Exclusive Edition [$19.95]. It is two discs. The main disc
is the same as all the other ones---feature, 16 deleted/extended scenes [50 minutes or so].
Photo Gallery, and Previews.

Second disc has about an hour worth of features. 1. Tanks of Fury and 2. No Guts, No Glory:
The Horrors of Combat.

All the others, Amazon, WalMart etc., are just the first disc.

Target has a Steelbook edition [metal case instead of blue plastic.
Also, $19.95. Some people go nuts over these Steelbook. Better Art work and looks
nice on a shelf. I guess.

Above is all for Blu-ray editions. I wouldn't waste my time on a regular DVD.

Thanks for the information; was hoping it would be a directors cut version, will probably get this version instead of the regular one...............
