Has anyone heard if there are plans to produce new figures for this range? It's one of my favourite, and I'm hoping to see some new releases soon.
Cheers,
Brendan

Good question.....
I thought that this series had great potential and the French figures can be used for other early campaigns such as Wagram (1809).
John had sent me photos of sculpts for the French in firing poses and mentioned that French Gendarmes and Dragoons are a possibility.
I think he is immersed in WWI right now and introducing his first Medieval Ranges, The Wars of the Roses will delay the release of this series.
Probably see more in 2016, I hope!

A follow up....
Checked my old e-mails with John. He also mentioned a French command set with drummer and flag bearer and the possibility of a French supply wagon.
Not sure how this series is selling so he either pushed it back or doesn't plan to expand. Time will tell.

I wish John would join and let people know what's going on.That way people would know how to budget for their collection.

I hope he does follow through with this at some point. I'd also like to see an ambulance driver, attendants, and casualties to accompany the ambulance and some British infantry.

Cheers,

Brendan

Exactly my thoughts.....

I questioned John about the lead horse and rider for the ambulance, and he said he had made the sculpt for the horse a while back, and maybe next year, being his 10th Anniversary, he would like to release that as a Collectors Club figure, so I'm assuming that means the driver too. I'd prefer have the rider dismounted, holding the horse rather than mounted, seeing the back horse is 'at the halt'.

Yes, I'd also like a drummer to join the marching column of Frenchmen, and even a furled Eagle ????

We shall see what eventuates ....

John
