Being a K&C Australian Light Horse collector I was impressed by this small diorama, together K&C , John Jenkins and Thomas Gunn figures. They looks nice mixed together, never thought about this possibility. what do you think about ? They are really similar...image.jpg

Seamless to me. I see no conflict with mixing the figures, none at all.

Hi ForzaToro,
I agree with you! I also like mixing these 3 manufacturers for we are lucky they are all more or less the same scale, the variances are negible...
Cheers

Agree very much with this sentiment. The mixtute works well. I have 4 manufacturers in my 1914 dio and it looks fine. No differences that stick out. -- Al

Hi Guys,

In general I have absolutely no problem mixing other makers with K&C and Vice Versa.

In fact last September in Chicago my brother Gordon picked up a couple of JJ’s WW1 “Poilus” and slipped them into our K&C WW1 French Trench Display...I never noticed them for 2 days...They worked really well!!! See photo attached.

Best wishes,
Andy

Oh! I notice a big difference between JJ and K&C, one company has put much more efforts, thoughts and talent in producing new poses and never reusing them in other figures (i.e. In another series). The other company recycles the same stuff-looking pose in other series.

All three manufacturers are extremely talented and produce exceptional figures, long my they reign.:salute:::salute:::salute::, Robin.

True, there has been a heap of very good Great War figures of late from all three, in working on our dios at the college these new figures have been very welcome indeed and please keep them coming and perhaps all could add some figures along these lines also. 90% of a soldier's life wasn't fighting but doing the more mundane eg: eating and etc!, a field kitchen would a wonderful addition and would allow a better dio to be produced. Just my two bob's worth :wink2:
