How about a line of Eastern Front auxiliary troops - the "Iron Guard"? They could supplement the existing German troops. Thinking:

1) Romanians - Ion Antonescu and co.
2) Hungarians
3) Finns - Mannerheim/ski troops
4) Winter Italians
5) Spanish Blue Division

Would make for some great diversity and could be made in small enough numbers to appeal to existing collectors. Kind of like collectors club figures but in a FOB format to complement the eastern front germans.

Some of those have been suggested before, to no avail.

I would like to see Spanish Civil War, as a FoB type project, but don't realistically expect it to happen.

Yes, I make an annual pitch for some of these sets. Antonescu is an overlooked figure. His war experience was very similar to that of Mussolini and he was probably much closer to Hitler in ideology. Certainly in his persecution of the Jews.
