Gary made these Tombstone western buildings for Nick of Toy soldiers of San Diego. They can be displayed as facades rather than full buildings. He also made Alamo buildings for Nick, but I don't have any photos. I am having lunch with him tomorrow and I will see if he has any to share with us.

Thanks for these gorgeous pics of buildings produced by Gary, Mike. Could I please add in something wich may be of interest - and possibly use - by others too? I'm already saving up my wooden coffee stirrers!!!:D

Lovers of The Western Movies - buildings etc, - may not be aware of "The Iverson Movie Ranch" web-site, which gives a very interesting account of this famous movie-set, which depicts the fictional Cowboy town of "Silver City". It also shows a whole host of very interesting Western buildings which occupied the site for around 12 or so years, around the 1950's.

From Saloon to Sheriff's office - Casa Grande to General Store - and many others - I think this site would be a boon to all those contemplating making up western style buildings - as well as giving a fascinating insight into the evolution and eventual decay of this fictional Western town.

To lovers of the "Western" genre of films - , and film shorts ( such as The Lone Ranger) it's also a wonderful visit down memory lane - with the town used as a backdrop for many of both of these type of films. Did you ever see "Cooper's Rock", named after Gary Cooper in any film????

Well pardners, it's here - as is a building by building show and tell - so do take a look - the link is below:

Highly recommended - for a trip down memory lane - or should I say "El Paso Street", as the main thoroughfare was once called in the Town's all too brief history. Johnnybach:salute::
