I would love to see some wounded German soldiers and Medics trying to help them!!!!!!!!:D:eek::cool:

I think they would go well with any dio!!!!!!!!!!:D

The youngster speaks great wisdom!:) Me too, wounded and medics for all sides all theatres.I'm so easy to please!

A set of wounded would be most welcome for the forthcoming Arnhem series.;)

I would rather have plenty of personality figures for Arnhem. The Generals on both sides for a start would be grand.

Yes that would be good. And perhaps a VC winner?.

While you die hards (and I mean that in the best sense of the word) would love wounded figures, the reality is that they are much less popular than other figures. Manufacturers make what they can sell the most of, and many people don't want anyone hurt. Perhaps it takes us back to our childhoods - we can play war games in the back yard and shoot at each other all day, then we all go home again. We enjoy war (tactics, armor, weapons, uniforms, etc) - but not death. We only get hurt if our big brother decides we weren't playing fairly and takes it out on us...

I guess you are right Peter.Whilst it would be great for us collectors (especially dio makers)i suppose it would have limited appeal elsewhere.Perhaps the reality of war is a little to strong for some. Its a shame because i really liked the D-Day set of wounded Andy made some years ago.Cheers

As my log in name would suggest I would love figures of medics in all ranges.
Helping a comrade or foe whilst under fire must be the mark of a real hero. Peter is right we all blank out the fact that we collect representations of pain and destruction. In a four figure set there is surely room for a man with a red cross arm band. One set in most ranges would surely not be out of context.
