For our Battle of Stalingrad figure range we have four new figures which continue our coverage of the very latest stages of the battle. These four figures depict the ragged state of the German forces within the Kessel and you can just feel the cold wind biting at them as they trudge onward to continue what would prove to be futile resistance against the Russian tide. They are armed with a mix of standard and captured weapons and wear a variety of non-standard/captured military equipment. With superb sculpting and hand painting, these are some of the finest figures we've done yet for our Battle of Stalingrad figure range. We hope you enjoy them!

GERSTAL055 Frozen German Walking with K98 Rifle $64.95

As I have said recently, the new releases seem to get better with each new set, I thought the Pak 38/team couldn't be made any better but looking at these new sets hmmm.... might have a strong case of being even better then the Pak set, either way the Winter series is looking fantastic all around, just need a little winter armour to make the range that much better...Sammy

I received mine today. I must say that it is the first few items that I have purchased from FL. It will NOT be my last. This is a game changer for me..............

Although these figure were expertly creating by First Legion for and earlier 1942 setting I would say why not, except for GERSTAL 057 with the Russian PPSH slung over his shoulder (for obvious reasons). I always say if it was made during or before the period your portraying then its fine, there is a photo somewhere of someone who was using it at a much later period as well. Its only when using something that wasn't yet made or issued to portray a certain period that I think looks farby. regards Gebhard

Good point,
thanks Gebhard

The ones not wearing russian boots can be used in BofB theme.. Preferably towards later stages of battle..

Just throw a little snow on em nobody would ever notice :wink2: regards Gebhard
