GERSTAL063-070 Walking Stalingrad Germans (1 Viewer)

[FirstLegion]

We saw in an image somewhere that someone had repainted our WWII DAK Germans as Stalingrad Germans and then received several follow up emails from collectors asking us to do the same and produce these figures for Stalingrad. We agreed with this idea so we converted to sculpts to make them appropriate for Stalingrad and are pleased to present them as an addition to the series. The Stalingrad series primarily consists of "combat" figures, so these more neutral walking poses will make great complements to our Stalingrad figures allowing for a greater variety of displays of a non-combat nature, particularly walking alongside vehicular columns. And while were at it, we figured to convert two of our favorite DAK fighting figures to Stalingrad as well, so in all 8 new figures for the Stalingrad series.

Fantastic!! I recently purchased several of the earlier Stalingrad Germans to accompany my JJD Stug III and all of these figures are an even better fit for the diorama I had in mind.

The new First Legion Stalingrad German figures arrived today. The figures I purchased include GERSTAL063 - 69. I like them a lot! I’ve included some pics of the new figures in a vignette diorama with the John Jenkins Designs Stug III below. Enjoy!
