I think this is my first post here? I used to follow things years ago but alas...
Has there ever been any discussion about doing a GI Joe themed line of figures?
I know W Britain did a "GI Joe Collection" a few years back but they were a bit more toyish and emulated the Joe line "out of the box" so to speak.
An outfit like K&C could take the basic concept and create a more lifelike theme around it... only the original Fighting Man of Action... no Adventure Joe... ^&grin

Hi Froggy, welcome to the forum. Great group of fellas here. I've always loved Joe and would love to see K&C or other company pursue classic Joe (although I like Adventure Team).

For some fun, you can check out G.I. Joe Secret of the Mummy's Tomb until then. ^&grin

Seeing this brings back fond memories of childhood.

I think it was Christmas 1966 that Santa bought me an Action Man figure ( Action Man was how G.I. Joe was marketed as over here)with a Paratrooper accessories set.

It was probably the following Christmas I received a Tommy Gunn figure, Like Action man/ G.I.Joe but made by a British company in competition with Action Man though Tommy Gunn was only made for a couple of years. The figure came complete with Helmet and Sterling SMG straight out of the box.

That would be awesome and so much fun. Would be fascinating to see what Andy and team would come up with.
