A television series being released on Blu-ray in December. Asian I assume. Never heard of
it. Thankfully. Maybe someone has a daughter or grand-daughter breaking into toy soldiers
so that in the interests of PC they can keep up with the boys. About a girls school and
that's ALL I know.

Really out there but I watched a couple of episodes and the action and tanks are very good. They even slip in some of the attributes or disadvantages of the tank types being used. Kind of fun. -- Al

Japanese, to be more precise, it's anime, Japanese animation. This is a relatively new series, having just aired in 2012. Here's an article on it:

I looked at some of these on EBAY. I was hoping the tanks were pre built , but alas, they are kits. Too bad. I still have a few Tamiya 1/35 Japanese tanks to build , collecting dust.

So do I. I have so many plastic kits I could build but the metal soldiers have almost ruined that for me! mIKE
