Just bought a huge lot of K&C Glossy's...I really need some sort of help here...this is an addition and it's not funny anymore!!! Could I sue K&C for making a product that is addictive

You guys don't need pictures because you already know of all the items purchased...Gordan highlanders, Black watch band & pipe and drum set, LAH glossy figures, SH1/BC1 camels, German pilots, RAF pilots, axis leaders, Cathay pacific...ect. Plus I'm still waiting for the shipment of recent stuff. And so far all I'm able to do is bubble wrap and store each set until I move to Hawaii and become GoForBroke's neighbor. As of date the only items I have displayed are a BBA015 and EA014.

Also the house deal closed last week and it was one of them extra long strung out escrows (2 months)...stressful to say the least. They the lender sort of want to know what you eat for lunch day to day!

By the way, the so-called British Tommy is mis-described. That's actually part of the Free French set and goes with the French Legionnaire you purchased. It's a four figure set and incredibly hard to get, the holy grail of K & C. I am fortunate to have three of the four and Louis has the complete set plus I believe Lawrence and Hans may have the sets as well.

Brad, thanks for the info! I wasn't for sure what I had bought other than they were beautiful pieces...I was so nervous about them arriving without damage. They arrived in perfect order. So are you saying that two of the four figures I purchased are part of the french legionaires set? I think Louis had offered to trade me his french legionaires set or glossy K&C Field Force Artillery sets for my Cathay Pacific set?

Yes, you have two of the four. I was watching those auctions but the one I need wasn't in them. Like I said, this is one of the rarest K & C sets ever. If Louis is offering a trade that includes the Free French, if it were me, I would take it in a heartbeat.

Have you seen the Cathay Pacific set??? I would think it likely falls into one of the rare set categories?


By the way....do the two figures I obtained have names for each figure?

I'm not disputing you that it's not rare but not as rare as the Free French.

Don't think they have names but how about Marcel and Gaston and I won't charge you for it.

Anyway, it's part of the French Foreign Legion set. This one is FLO, French Legion Officer. I have a few of these but not enough!
