Inspired by the Britain's Redcoats range, a friend and customer of mine asked me to paint these Rose Miniatures purchased on Ebay from John Eden Studios,in my superior gloss style. Before he collected them I thought Id take some shots to show you all, Ive never painted Naps in gloss before, Id be interested in what you guys think.

As always these are outstanding. WB should hire you as a master painter and painter of their connoisseur line.

Hi John,

When it comes to painting figures, you have no superiors and darn few, if any, peers! The figures are magnificently painted! You must have the steadiest hand in history as well as the best eye sight ever known to man!

My compliments for a truly outstanding job! The figures are wonderfully painted!

Warmest personal regards,

Pat :)

Magnificient, John,
thanks for posting.

You're not bad at this painting lark John :D

Simply superb. No idea how you control the glosswork to that degree, but it's very impressive.

It's been said before that the gloss varnish you use gives an almost ceramic finish , nice painting as usual! :)
