Am watching this movie as I type, and I described it in the 'Movies and Media' sections

But there is a scene, where it is Christmas and a Union and Confederate soldier meet in the middle of a river, where they stand on rocks, and the Union soldier gives the Confederate a cup of coffee, and the Confederate gives the Union a pipe to smoke, after a few minutes they swap again, and go back to their frontlines

Was quite a touching piece of the cinematic world
