Hi Guys,

On the JJD section someone posted a suggestion to reproduce a figure version of Frederico Mattania's well-known painting of a soldier cradling his fatally wounded horse's head...I've always loved that painting and a couple of years back K&C decided to produce a version of this poignant scene for our "Australian Light Horse at Beersheba" series...Here it is...hope you like it.

Best wishes and happy collecting!
Andy C.

That's a great set Andy and that's one thing I like about K&C, always thinking of something a little different rather than the standard fighting soldier. Keep up the good work.

No question about it, a lovely piece and is one of many in this series.:salute::, Robin.

Nice set Andy and K&C and nice little diorama Robin! I hope to see a similar figure released for the Canadian Cavalry Brigade's charge during the Battle of Moreuil Wood 1918, which was one of the last great cavalry charges.
Cheers,
Brendan
