I got notified my card was charged for the tiger. So I suspect it will be on the way shortly! :)

My card was charged yesterday. I thought that it was for the Tiger, but it was for the two FLickstarter sets that I had ordered.

Delivery date is listed as Friday! Can't wait until Friday. Can't wait to see the tank crew they release.

Our shipment from First Legion is arriving Friday - we will turn it all back out the door same day and on Saturday!
You should all see your pre-orders (from Treefrog anyway) soon :)

Wooooooohooooooo!!!!! {sm3}

I got my Tiger today. I am very pleased with it except for one thing. The muzzle brake was broken off when I opened the box. Ugh. Nice model though.

Was it a clean break, leaving the parts intact? Apart from repair considerations, the nature of the break tells us a lot about what sort of adhesive was used in assembly of the model.

It looks pretty clean. I was hoping the pin fitting it into the barrel was still attached so I could stick it back in the barrel, but that is the piece that was broken. I can probably reattach it, but it is a shame to have to do so. It is the price you pay with these types of materials though. I had problems with several Figarti planes, but I was always able to repair them.

I was hoping the same thing.:)

A while back, a fellow collector was nice enough to tell me why another manufacturer didn't model pitot-tubes on its "toy airplanes." He explained that the slender and vulnerable projections were too easily broken off, leading to frequent returns of the item. I understand where the Manu is coming from, but I really prefer that makers take their models as far as they can. That's true, even if I have to pay more for the finished product.
