Hello

I am biased here but having purchased all of the older NMA vehicles and figures and having seen first hand the effort and attention to detail that has gone into the new sets I am quite amazed at the level of progress achieved in such a short time.

For many years I have been and still am an avid collector of King & Country figures (actually some 16 years standing) and will continue to be so. I await with great anticipation the ME110 that I just reserved.

However having observed at close quarters the HB Sherman and the Kitchen sets(particularly the detail on the blanets for example), the Figarti SAS jeep and the excellant JJ figures in addition to the NMA sets, my collection has now grown to encompass all of these manufacturers.

My point here is that all of the above companies have made incredible progress in relatively short periods and only should be greatly encouraged to continue.

Thanks

All the best

Darren

I totally agree - Blakes work has been outstanding and I really enjoy the vehicles that I have purchased from NMA. There will always be issues on certain items - the "this or thats" - but, overall I think NMA Models are terrific.

Darren,

Welcome on to the forum mate.
I agree with all that you have said. Looking at the earlier release of all the main players, all have shown really dramatic improvements in what amounts to only a very few years.

Yes welcome Darren, and a very good first post.Hope you enjoy the forum.I really like NMA stuff,i think their figures are coming on leaps and bounds too.

Agreed Darren,

The choices and quality seems that it may never be equaled again in our life time. It's a great time to be a collector; especially in WWII.

Personally, everytime I think they can't top it the next month roles around and they do! Frankly with the re-introduction of Warbirds, I don't think we've seen nothin' yet!

If there's still money in your bank account, it can go a little further yet. :D

I shudder at the thought of how many Brit para sets will be released in first wave.I'm trying to think how to explain to my wife that she can only eat every other day from September:D

Rob

I generally find that the need to eat is somewhat over-rated. It's going to be a good month or two for all things Airborne. :)

Enough of the Para's :D

When are the Marders going to be available??

Jeff

August i think,i'm hoping towards the end of said month.Gives me a chance to impress on my good lady how much i need mobile artillery support.(and in two different versions!)

Enough of the Paras?!?!?

Scrub your mouth out with parachute silk young man and write out the following 100 times:

I can never get enough airborne

Actually, I knew a girl once who lived by that motto....

I'll be getting a couple of the Marders. Like Rob, I'm pushing it at two.
As well as 2 or 3 Tigers a couple of Paks and a partridge in a pear tree.
