It wouldn't be so surprising, if there had been contact between the Greeks and the Chinese. I guess one question would be whether any of the Greek authors mention anything about China, though in asking, we have to consider that only a fraction of what may have been written, during the centuries of Greek civilization, has been preserved and handed down to us. How much went lost over time?
