There is a Question at the End

Camp near Monagahelia, July the 8th 1755
The Parole is Burntwood
Field officer for tomorrow Lieut. Col. Burton
For the Genls guard tomorrow the 44th

The field officer and detacht of 100 men that joined the advance party at Monacutha's Camp to be releived this evening and to parade at the front gun. Field officer for the detacht Lieut. Col. Gage. The troops to receive immediatly two days meat & two days flower which compleats them with provisions to the tenth inclusive. All the men by those who mount the picquet this night to draw their peices and to load with fresh cartridges tomorrow at Genl beating and the commandg officers will be answerable to the Genl for any firing without application. The company of Grends. of the 44th & 48th regts to parade tomorrow morning at two oClock at the head of their respective collours and to march from thence to the advance party and there put themselves under the command of Lt. Col. Gage, The men are to be compleat with 24 rounds of powder & ball and are to take their napsacks & haversacks but are to leave their tents behind. The grends to march compleat with Offrs & 70 rank & file. The officers not to take their baggage but to leave it in charge with the Qr Masters of their respective regt. The Genl to beat tomorrow morning at 4 oClock the assembly at 5 and the troops to march immediatly after.

My Question is "The grends to march compleat with Offrs & 70 Rank & File".

Does this mean 70 privates plus the non-commissioned and commissioned offers or 70 privates/sergeants/corporals plus the commissoned offers?
