Saw this in my latest Casemate catalog. Due in August @ $99. Still, it looks like a must have that could become the standard go to source. -- Al

I received this today. $56.75 Hardbound from Amazon. A very big book.
Just a bit before my time, but many of the items were still in use. Very
detailed. Probably more detailed than needed for 1:30 scale. It even had
pictures of privately purchased items, which included those from the PX
[fit better than Quartermaster]. Not a popular period for toy soldiers,
but maybe some day manufacturers will have it to rely on. Obviously a lot
of research went in to it.

Worth the price if your interests are there in the 1965-1975 period. Or
maybe just memories.

That's a tremendous bargain price considering that full retail is $99. -- Al

I got this book today for about $65.00. I got it for a friend who served in the war as a present for this upcoming Christmas. I think he's going to like it. Thanks for bringing this book to my attention.
