I saw the Han Solo flick this arvo and I quite enjoyed it. I think it fits into the Star Wars series quite well and I believe it is set after the Revenge of the Sith but before Rogue One. There is however a bit of confusion with the revealing of a villain at the end of the movie. I won't say anymore other than it's worth watching and I enjoyed it more than The Last Jedi.

Took the whole family, all quite liked it. Seeing it again next week, so hopeful will help in tying in with the sequence of the Star Wars saga. Robin.

Ticket sales were not what Disney anticipated, according to news reports. Part of the reason is due to other blockbusters currently making a splash and less than euphoric reviews from the die hard fans. There also may be SW fatigue. The Last Jedi was shown about five months ago and usually there has been space of a year between movies. Disney is trying to make their money back too fast.

I totally agree with your points Brad. I saw it yesterday with my family (everyone is a diehard fan of SW) and we liked it, but it’s far from the top of our favorite SW movies.

I haven’t seen it yet Carlos. I’m trying to talk my son — one of those die hards — into seeing it but so far he’s resisting. He thinks Disney is ruining the franchise.

I totally understand him... {sm4} {sm4} {sm4} Anyway, at least, Solo entertains a little.
