Hi Everyone,
Following my week away doing things Scottish, I thought I would share with you some detail I had missed mentioning and, to be honest, had just accepted as part of our high standards.
One of the many comments made to me this week by various people connected with and part of the Royal Scots was that the detail of the Hunting Stewart Tartan on the officers Trews was outstanding, including the placement detail of the yellow stripes on the figure of Lt Col Peebles.
Part of the reason for this is the fact that these trews are HAND PAINTED and NOT transfers!
Take a look for yourself and please, do put me right if needs be but, tell me when you last saw painting of this quality and detail on a Scottish Regiment figure in the price range we operate in. (£35.83 each. £215 RRP Div by 6 figures).
Personally, and I know I am biased, I think these represent excellent value for money. Even more so when you consider they are limited and certificated to only 100! Malcolm. :salute::
