American friends, why do you celebrate the Independence Day? Wouldn't you be better under the British crown? You would have a good welfare state, reasonable costs for your children's university studies,no lethal opioid medicines, beautiful freshly brewed "bitter beers" and quality cider ... Of course there are the cons like the royal family and the british pies, but in the overall the balance would be positive.
And in any case, they would not impose any more huge taxes on the import of tea ... And then, even if they did, you don't mind, you rather drink long coffee, cappuccino, frappuccino ....:tongue:
