This is a very sad day for me.
The once great empire of Napoleon was given the killer blow today - only to linger on for a few more weeks until the final end.
On the plains and hills of Waterloo stood :
French - 69,000 Troops : 48,000 Infantry, 14,000 Calvary and 7,000 Artillery with 250 Guns
British - 67,000 Troops : 50,000 Infantry, 11,000 Calvary and 6,000 Artillery with 150 Guns
This battle would shape the world that we know today and become the stuff legends are made from.
Here to all those brave men fought that day.
